Bit of a challenge since we can't go bush. Where is this photo (winner gets to go next).

What's the river and the ridge the photo is taken from?
From the last tramp before lockdown.
I'm guessing the Orongorongo river in the Remutakas but can't work out the ridge? Great game by the way, thanks @madpom.
Yes, I was looking at the Orongorongo too (after striking out in the Tararuas).
It looks like a pine plantation on the right ridge (Cattle ridge?), so ... Paua ridge?
(... and routeguides.co.nz is really good to flick between topo and aerial photo views).
@jcmck - Right river! You're looking downstream in that view if that's any help...
@bernieq - Yes Paua Ridge, photo taken from a few minutes up the ridge from Paua hut. Looks like it's your turn.

You go, jcmck, your guess pushed me in the correct direction (although I thought Paua was very much an unlikely option).
I’m having difficulty working out how to attach a photo, so happy for some else to go.
Okey dokey, hopefully this works. This should be an easy one. Name the ridge/crossing in the distance and where photo is taken from. Bonus points if you can name the main peaks.
