matthew walked Castle Hill Peak 13 March 201613 March 2016		Great day out walking. Met a mountain runner just after setting off who'd just been there and back. Other than that, nobody around. I have come down off Foggy Peak quite a few times, but I don't remember it being such hard work!
matthew visited Rod Donald Hut 28 February 201628 February 2016		Very nice hut. Walked in from Port Levy Saddle with a 2 year old and 34-weeks pregnant partner on a Sunday night. Weather turned southerly over night. Quite a windy spot with wind-sculpted trees. Great view downvalley to the bright lights of Little River.
matthew visited Broken River Hut 30 January 201630 January 2016		Small and very tidy hut in a sunny spot. 4 hours in via Cave Stream. Only 8 or so visitors so far in 2016. Lots of wasps on the terraces above the hut.
matthew walked Blowhard Track 1 January 20161 January 2016		Nice, easy beech forest walk, but quite a lot of ground to cover! Nobody at all on the Blowhard Track. A few people on the main loop.
