New dam on the Hapuku River

Is anyone familiar with what's happening here? Civil Defence is reporting there's a new 150m high dam from a slip. https://www.facebook.com/CanterburyEM/photos/a.10150251111124674.342545.259680464673/10154899781169674/?type=3&permPage=1 I've separately seen second hand rumours that Barratt's Bivvy is underwater, and a suggestion from photo that the slip is around Stace Saddle. (None of this is confirmed by me!) I haven't been there so am curious to know from local knowledge. I guess it goes without saying to be extremely cautious around that river right now.
Also now reported on Stuff: http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/86552039/fears-of-rapid-failure-of-new-lake-caused-by-quake-near-kaikoura
Izogi is right on the mark. It is Stace Saddle. ECAN have published an interactive map which shows the paths of the choppers and linked photos enroute. http://ecan.maps.arcgis.com/apps/View/index.html?appid=47f0d9481fb24686934616bcb3098811 This photo shows the lake behind the landslide: http://canterburymaps.govt.nz/WebApps/FileHandler/proxy.ashx?url=nothing&filename=\Hazards\Geological\NthCanterburyEarthquake2016\Photo_Points\Original\DSC09370.JPG

Bugger! Stayed in the old bivvy, but never visited the new one. Oh well, we are reminded that this is small potatoes compared with the rest of the dreadful devastation.
Another angle of the Hapuku dam/lake (maybe Lake Barratt is an appropriate name): http://info.geonet.org.nz/download/attachments/20545753/HapukuRiver.jpg?version=1&modificationDate=1479432358398&api=v2 Barratts Bivy looks well buried...
Here's the same view with Google Maps, and Barratt's marked. Pretty clearly in a lake. https://goo.gl/maps/BXx433UheT82
