EMAIL NOTIFICATION

Sorry to be a dummy, but can anyone tell me how to get an email notification if someone replies to one of my threads? I can't see a button anywhere.
I don't know of a way to get an email notification, but you can get RSS feeds of particular threads if you know how to use them, although you'd need to remember to add the feed for that thread to your RSS reader after you've posted. (Check http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0klgLsSxGsU or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS if you've never heard of RSS.)
eg. The RSS feed for this thread is available at http://tramper.co.nz/?view=forum.rss&topicId=514 (I checked the source of the generated web page to get this, but the fact that it's theremeans you could point most RSS readers straight at the main page URL and they'd figure it out on their own. For some reason MS Outlook isn't smart like this, however.)
The forum pages themselves also seem to contain references to RSS feeds, which could potentially be really useful. When I checked it just now, though, it didn't work, so that area might be broken.
Actually you can get it to email you, I can't remember where it is tho!
Actually that might only be a daily weekly monthly thing
