I seem to recall normclimb bemoaning the lack of info from some members in their respective profiles and of late the lack seems to be increasing or is it just me? Where your situated in the country and some background, years tramping and relative experience adds some welcome colour to your comments and discussions when you make them.
I tried to add some more but they end up all crunched up in one long continuous text wall any ideas or can Matthew pls fix this!
You can mark it up with simple HTML code, at least that's what I've done. eg. Use <p>[text]</p> to indicate a paragraph. Use <a href="[url]">[text]</a> to indicate a hyperlink.
izogi: haha i just wrote a article up, feel free to add to it, i have a feelin you have better idea on how to do it than i do! ive added to to the articles section/about this website. http://tramper.co.nz/?4251
Is there some way I can edit it without being the article creator, or do I just need to post a comment?
ohh you cant edit my article, thats a bummer. you could create your article and i will remove mine. hows that?
For your reference, I am planning to add shared articles as soon at I get a moment.
Hey guys, tis the bemoaning Normclimb here. Don't understand all this techno-babble stuff regarding profiles, but put simply, I just thought it better if those posting knew a little more about those replying, and vice verse of course. I'll leave all the technical stuff to those that know more than I. All I ask is that when it is settled could the powers that be please explain what you have to do in laymans terms?
Well said normclimb it is nice to know the basics about who you are talking to
Pleased to see you are still there Norm. From one layman to another when izogi got to [text]</ i was lost. I look forward to their work on our behalf and someone explaining it all to me later.
