Kaimai-Mamaku
Hi looking for suitable tramps around the kaimai-Mamaku forest for myself and 7 year old son with over night stopout (tent or Hut)anyone got any good ideas

We 'laminate' our maps with duraseal which makes them last longer especially in the rain.
Also I noticed on the new Kaimai map and DoC Kaimai page on their website, they have got SH2 and SH29 mixed up!
I've been using Duraseal too on my maps for 13 years. It's light and makes them indestructable. You can fold them anyway you like without damage. I got a 15m roll of 900mm wide Duraseal for $60.00 the other day. I had to order it in. It is the third roll I've had. It will last much longer than a Map Pouch and costs not much more. I've had them too!
