Coleman gas canister substitute?

Hello, the shops in ChCh don't seem to stock the self sealing screw on Coleman gas canisters anymore. they are 70% Butane 30% Propane. Has anyone found another brand of cartridge that works with Coleman burners? I ahve a F1 Lite.
Does it not fit the standard screw on canisters? (like these http://www.trademe.co.nz/sports/camping-outdoors/cooking-food/other/auction-432320146.htm) A search found a utube video useing it with a primus branded cylinder
Thanks, I'm sure it would fit but just wanted to check if anyone else had experience mix and matching canisters. Only the instructions with my burner say use only coleman ones, but then they would say that wouldn't they
if the thread is the same they are fine. I havnt used that stove so cant say more definatly
I've used all types of canisters of the self-sealing screw type and the only problem I've ever encountered was when I used my cheap nasty $30 chinese burner unit with a Kovea. I had to really screw it in. We've never had any problems with any brand of canister with the MSR Pocket Rocket.
Buntings have the canisters in all sizes. But all I need it meths.....
Threads are supposed to be universal. Unless you need a specialised gas mix, keep an eye out for Rebel Sport & Warehouse sales.
