An Aussie on the Te Araroa

Hi All - Exciting news - well for me anyway - I will be starting the Te Araroa on November 1st. For those that are interested, I have created a wee blog to publicise my progress - the URL is below. I've been emailing with Honora as she has previously done the trip, and she has shared a lot of wisdom. If there is anybody else out there that wants to share there stories, feel free. I'd love to hear from you. Also, I have read the previous threads and they have been a great help. (p.s. I will be tramping from North to South. The header needs to be updated.) Cheers, Paul http://teararoaonveg.wordpress.com/
Hi Paul Thanks for the nice comments. I've only done a wee bit of Te Araroa here in the S.I. Janet Macnab and I planned and organised a S.I. traverse in 1995. We did most of Fiordland and then she had a medevac so I continued with firstly, a woman (Sarah Green) and then Owen Pearson as far as the head of the Dobson. I'll bookmark your blog. Good luck with the food drops.
Good luck Paul, I am hoping to do the South island section of Te Araroa at the end of 2011 and i look forward to hearing how your trip goes
