Warning about posting email addresses

Hi everyone,
posting email addresses in the format yourname[AT]provider[DOT]com does not protect from spam generated by web crawlers anymore.
Seems that there are smart enough crawlers out there now that can still read that. How do I know? I only have to look at my inbox...
