A member notified me yesterday of a real estate agent using their image without permission. Any images you share here remain your property, although you can add a Creative Commons licence to them if you prefer. Your images do not simply become public domain by virtue of being placed online.
In this case, I got in touch with the agent, and the photograph was removed promptly. Please do let me know if you see your images in use without your permission. Often, a friendly but firm email is all that is needed.
