kathmandu sizings are big to start with.. a lot of tramping gear isnt made for really big people. i'd say try hunting shops,

@Castyn, Like you I struggle to find stuff that fits in traditional tramping shops. I've found most of my clothing including baselayers, fleece insulation layers and raincoats from safety workgear retailers like NZsafety, the rural supplies places like RD1, and as Wayno said from hunting brands like Ridgeline or Hunting and Fishing.
