Nelson Lakes & Leatham Area

Keen Tramper who resides in Blenheim is keen for a longer trip around the Top of the South this Autumn. Preference for upper Nelson Lakes Region, such as Cupola Travis etc, and/or to the Upper Leatham and Branch River areas. As possible options. But open to suggestions from hardy trampers. If you are visiting from another region in NZ, then would also been keen to head out with those are are ressonably fit and experienced. Can provide local transport to starting point. Plus if you are from the South Island it would be a good way to get to know others from outside of our region. I am 46yrs old and very experienced having climbed Mt Aspiring etc. But with a young family I prefer to keep my feet on the easier slopes now. Cheers Billy.
