NZ Topo Map Garmin Custom Map / Google Earth KMZ's

Does anyone here use the Garmin Custom Map / Google Earth kmz file downloads available from http://www.topomap.co.nz ? I'm looking at changing the format of these kmz files. Hopefully to make sure I don't break anything for anyone I'm looking for people to give a test file a quick go and provide any feedback if there's any problems. I'll be swapping out all the existing files and replacing them with the new format if there's no real issues. So please speak up if the new format will cause you problems! Why the change? At the moment I'm producing the kmz files manually. A new tool I'm looking at will allow me to automate the process. This means I can provide updates quicker and with less effort when LINZ releases updates to the topo maps.
