Cascade Saddle & Rees Dart

Hi Peter, Iv just got back from Fiordland, Milford/Kepler tracks. Have been looking at the Dart/Reese , Cascade saddle etc and Id be quite keen to join you if your still doing it? Pop me an email. not quite sure how this site works, just joined! cheers. Pip

Hi Not wanting to hijack this but I am considering doing the Cascade saddle from the Aspiring Hut on March 6 onwards. According to Metservice there should be a high over the area so the weather should be good for it. From the Dart Hut I haven't yet decided which valley I'll go down but I was thinking of going over the Rees saddle and down the Rees valley. Just to get 2 big climbs in. So roughly looking at Sat 6th - Aspiring Hut Sun 7th - Dart Hut Mon 8th - Shelter Rock Hut Tue 9th - home/Queenstown If you want to join me, give me a shout. Its always better to have company!
