Just a note about the size: Salomon regularly advises buyers to buy 1 1/2 EUR sizes larger than your regular shoes _ I am currently wearing a pair at 44 2/3 EUR/UK 10, whereas my regular shoes are 43 EUR/UK 9, 1 centimetre difference.
I agree size up half a size and if you have very wide feet. dont buy them, you won't fit them, my feet are on the wide side, i can fit half a size bigger only wearing thin socks..
