Cool thanks for that, I found a track on google earth but I wasnt to sure if that was 1 to get to the hut. good website by the way

Don't think there is any track on the opposite ridge creek travel should not be too hard unless it rains really heavily. If you see two white diamonds and yellow tape then if your confident then follow that track up is marked but can be hard to follow. This cuts out 400m of creek travel which has a nipple deep pool to swim up(The rest of the creek has tracks on the river banks in places which offer plensant travel watch out for stinging nettle!)!!!! Adding that trip report soon when I get round to writing it...

Yea I attempted it at the beginning of winter but only got about an hour up the riverbed before weather turned nasty and had to go back out, wasnt to bad rock hopping just really cold water at the time and the side tracks are quite easy to miss if I wasnt paying attention, I was hoping to go up this weekend but all depends on the mrs and weather the mate still wants to go, cheers anyway
