Overnight tramps - Panekiri bluff or Mt Hikurangi

I am intending to improve my fitness and undetake, usually once a month, overnight tramps up Panekiri bluff (Waikaremoana) or Mt Hikurangi. Tramping parners most welcome so just drop me a msg or 027 471 7021.
My husband and I live in Gisborne and often go to the Lake or Mt Hikurangi. We can go midweek sometimes and choose the best days for the weather. Are you only free weekends? We are looking at another trip to Manuoha and Arowhana this year. I'll contact you sometime and see if the days suit.

Hi I live in whakatane. New to tramping, but have had out door experience with the army. I am a shift worker and prefer to tramp during the week rather than week ends.
