Searching keywords problem

Matthew: When I go to the search box at the top right corner and type in a keyword the list of suggestions appear. Clicking on those suggestions no longer seems to work. I am sure it used to. Instead I have to complete typing the keyword and then hit search to do the querry
Tried clicking search suggestions myself in IE6, Chrome 1.0 and Firefox 1.5 and all worked ok for me. I did notice you have to click the text. Merely highlighting the selection in the dropdown box is not enough. Itermittent? Config dependent? Dunno. Over to you Matthew.
Firefox 3.0.8 here and it happens on more than one computer. But, yes it is intermittant. Works sometimes but more often doesn't.
Sorry about that. I have fixed that issue and will be rolling it out tonight. In the interim, using arrow keys and the enter key should work. Technically, the problem is that the click causes the search box to lose focus and then hide the suggestions. These are normally hidden by the time the click itself is processed, causing it to be ignored.
