Does anybody know where this is?

I don't actually know myself; but does anyone know the wherabouts of this hut. Seemingly is used to be in Southland but approx 15 years or so ago got relocated in anticipation of a Pest Control operation that never took place.

Yeah I'm guessing it would be - apparently the hut was originally somewhere in southland but was transported down to the Auckland Islands approx 15 or so years ago.
