Thanks for help.

I posted several threads last year for advice on our visit to NZ (from Wales) in February. I just wanted to say thanks for all the help you gave, we are now safely returned to Wales (snow, sleet, freezing wind!!) and had a great trip. Managed a few tramps, though would love to have done more. Probably my best was a solo from Arthurs Pass area. I tackled the Klondyke corner, Harman Pass, Mary Creek, Taipo river and up over the Kelly range to finish at Kelly shelter back on the main road. Great weather and I did it over the 2 days (overnighted in mid-Taipo hut) in a total of 131/2 hours. Tough ground some of it. Another 3 day excursion in Nelson Lakes Park from St Arnaud, was fun too. Also tramped the Mt Somers track with my wife. Your huts are an awsome recourse, some more like hotels!! Anyway, planning another visit in a few years (once we have some more money) if my old bones and body still functioning, thanks again for all the advice and help you willing gave. Molehill.
