Beyond the Edge - movie
Don't want to give the ending away, but they've taken 1950's footage of the British Everest Attempt, and added 3D tech & new footage to give insight into how it was at the time.
Still photo's have been enhanced. There's narrative from the Actuals & present relatives. They credit actors for Hillary climbing, stunts & close-up work. Same for Tenzing Norgay.
It's an enlivened doco, rather than a dramatical re-enactment.
My 11 y.o. enjoyed it.
Best seen at a 3D cinema.
