Queenstown tramping partners

I've recently relocated to (near) Queenstown and am looking for tramping partners / small groups mainly for weekend day or overnight trips. I'm 44, fit and reasonably experienced - see my profile (which is a little out of date) for more info and contact details.

Hi Ian, I'm in Queenstown area at present and looking for someone for a west coast trip into the head of he Landsborough early April. Be about 6-7 days going in via the Douglas and out via Karangarua. Interested? I'm heading off for a multiday tramp tomorrow but expect to be back on the week-end. Michael
Hi Michael, Sounds like a great trip, but I don't have the vacation days to do a 6-7 day tramp unless it can include the Easter weekend, but if you're not back until then, I presume that's not possible? If you are interested in a shorter trip over a weekend I'm definitely on. Cheers, Ian
