Mt Hikurangi
I'm wanting someone as company for an overnight trip to Mt Hikurangi on a Monday to Tueday easy hike.
I plan on going to the hut on day 1 then to the summit on day 2 morning and down the mount afterward.
I'm a 28/f mom who loves the outdoors but due to getting weekdays off work makes it hard to get out.
Just come back from the Ureweras Manuoha hut through to Sandy bay hut so ready to wonder again.
I'm also interested in other north island tramps and might be avaliable Monday through to Wednesday soon, just waiting for another worker to be employed to cover the shifts.
Apologies, just joined. I'm actually off tomorrow morning (5ish) from the waikato. PLan to tramp up and stay tomorrow night and back tuesday.
Looks like after a month of great weather it looks like it could be a little windy and possibly wet.
Looks like I missed out as I never checked this last night :(
