tramping partners feb 9-17?
I'm a 28 year old American working in Wellington for a few weeks and am planning to head down to the South island for some adventures feb 8-17th. I'm pretty experienced in the outdoors (camping/ backpacking/backcountry ski instructor) and was hoping to do something a bit off the beaten track. Initial ideas include the Matukituki region of Mt. Aspiring or some of the Mountain passes near Hokitika in Sir Arthur's Pass - however I'm open to any other suggestions.
