Camera Gear

Are you like me and always overweight on cameras. Here's one solution. http://www.naneubags.com/products-by-series/adventure/k5 Seems like some thought has gone into it. However with all the zips, pockets and nooks and crannies it seems to have one might be questioning how it would cope with some of our weather. Interesting concept for those like myself who nearly always have an overabundance of camera gear with them.

Panasonic 14mm f/2.5 Olympus 12-50mm f/3.5-6.3 Olympus 60mm F/2.8 Olympus 75-300 4.8-6.7 I would take a tripod if I was planning to do evening or night photography. I own several which are fairly compact.
Ok thanks for this. What do you use the 75-300 for mostly? My kits is similar to yours except Fuji X-E1. 14mm=21mm ff; 18-55 = 28-85 ff; 60 macro=90 ff; 55-200 = 85-300 ff. The 55-200 is great quality but weighs 593g and I am reluctant to carry it on long trips as I do not photograph birds often and rarely use it for landscapes. Must say the tripod also doesn't get much use. Too much trouble generally!
The 75-300 is mostly used on birds, it weighs 430g but does not seem heavy. Would like to replace it with a 300 or 250mm F/4 prime when one is released.
I personally bring my Canon 1D-X with me but it's not exactly the best hiking camera to have as it requires quite a lot of things to carry around with me at all times, to keep it safe. Most of you probably know how much a 1D-X costs too. I actually had to buy it a tripod which costs 500$ more.
Lowepro make several outdoor bags, most of them only designed for day trips, but you can fit a fair bit in them, here is a lowepro Sport 200 AW and everything I could fit in it: http://www.flickr.com/photos/rileybaker/9180361347/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/rileybaker/9182576496/ They also make another one bigger then this, I think it's called the Sport 20L
OK! I went and got the Olympus OMD EM-1, along with 12-40mm F2.8, 40-150mm F4-5.6, 75-300mm F4.8-6.7, 25mm F1.8, 45mm F1.8, 60mm F2.8 Macro. Got the Grip, and an adapter for a 500mm F8 Mirror Lens I have had for a long time. Sold the Olympus E-3 and lens. Weight loss comes out around 3.5 kilo net gain. Nice camera to work with. Very satisfied.
