Te Araroa 2012

Hi there! I'm starting the Te Araroa trek from Cape Reinga on approximately 10th February and aiming to get to Wellington end of March in order to start the South island in April. Calling out to see if there is anyone doing any of the tracks around that time? I'm travelling solo and would love to meet fellow trampers. Unfortunately you would need to put up with bad jokes but I make up for it will good camp cooking. I'm a 28 year old Australian female and happy to meet either male or female fellow trampers.
Unfortunately I will be there in March to meet up with a friend who started the Te Araroa last October, and will be somewhere on the South Island by then. Like yourself I'm coming over from Oz.
Have you a FB account? I ask simply because there's a Te Araroa page with heaps of info on the trail. Well worth a look.
I'm planing on starting in 2013.
