Tokoroa Trampers

Hey all I have just moved up to Tokoroa and am keen to get out and have a look around if anyone wants to join up with me.
I will be looking at completing some tramps in the Kaimai and Pueora forest parks to start off with and if people want to share vehicles/fuel costs I would be keen to travel further afield to the Ureweras and Kaimanawas etc.
I will probably head into Hurunui hut in the Kaimais from the summit road for a long day trip/short over nighter on my 1st weekend off after I start my new job with my roster being 12 on 4 off so my weekends will be at different times of the week, will post when i know my 1st weekend off.
My fitness is ok but will improve once I get back into it so if your keen give me a bell.

i want to get down in some of the gullies vie the tracking lines i have all the maps but know getting to know it up there prety well now
