FMC Forever Wild Conference

Just wondering if anyone here is contemplating going to this conference in June http://www.fmc.org.nz/conference/ I have been to a number of FMC AGMs and found them to be stimulating in the discussion plus, probably more importantly, an oportunity to network with other outdoor people. The conference this year seems to have some pretty emminent speakers so is an opportunity not to overlook lightly.
Just back from this conference. It was a very worthwhile experience to hear from some of the very capable people who advocate for the environment and our recreation.
I have come back with a mixture of optimism and pessimism about what is happening at the moment.
It was a pleasure to meet up with old friends and meet up with new ones. Particulaly iangeorge from this forum.
