Tongariro Northern Circuit: Mar 3 (Thu) - Mar 6

Hi, I'm arriving from Sydney at Auckland 3.00 pm March 3rd and driving hire car up to Tongariro Circuit, with a plan to get on the track late afternoon, and spend Thur nite at Mangatepopo Hut. Plan is to do the circuit over the next three days, and drive back to Auckland either Sunday night or early Monday. I'll probably do one or both of the summits side-trips.
