Mt Richmond weather

I am looking at doing Mt Richmond Alpine trail in October November. What sort of weather are these months likely to have?
The predominate wind would be from the NW and it is gusty. They can bring rain to the Richmond range. There would be few cold southerlies by then, and mt Richmond is far enough inland so should be missed by most of them.
A lot of time, The Richmond Range has been our dry weather option being further east to the extent that we've nearly done all the trips you can do in there. Lots of big height gains and losses on the alpine route but you'll find the huts and tracks unpeopled and excellent with lovely pot bellies that boil your billy in 10 minutes from when you lit the stove.
I have done the alpine route in october it was good a time because it was not to hot.I live close by and walk to the top of the richmond hills 4 times a week so can look over at the ranges. At the moment there is absolutely no snow what so ever on them. The only problem you my occur is low cloud that obscurs your vision as i have encountered before that may cause delays as there is no formed track on the tops only snow poles witch are sometimes are well apart especially over the rintouls
