Via terrace on true right of Potts R (5 hours). Or from the Dog Range via 4WD tracks from Mystery Lake or Boundary Hut. The hut can be accessed from the true left bank of Potts R. (5 hours). Lastly via a saddle between Stumpy Stream and the stream north of Potts River Hill which is accessed via a low terrace just north of the hut. This hut is close to the Te Araroa trail and is often used by tahr hunters. |
