Walked this out and back from Thames, staying at Crosbies after a dry spell. Still the upper reaches were pretty muddy, investigating the track from Kauaeranga Valley was much worse. Nice hut though, double glazing and fire which wasn't needed. Supposedly good views too, but was in cloud for me. | |
