Potts hut

Has anyone been to potts hut in the lake clear water area and know whats its like to stay in does it even have a door and windows and a good open fire ? any information and photos would help help?

I was involved in the Potts Hut upgrade.All the tic mattresses(& any furry passengers within)were flown out & replaced with new DOC ones.There`s a woodburner there & 10 bunks.The route in to Mystery Lake follows an old farm track-this goes in from the locked gate at Paddle Stream,east of Mt Guy.From there,get up onto the Dog Range & follow NW to Potts Hut.Seems to get quite a bit of use from thar hunting parties,who chopper in & may leave a bit of firewood.Some around if you ferret about.
