When turn jpg to vector, keep in mind that the resolution and quality of your image will depend on the number of colors used in the image. For example, if there are only a few colors in your image and those colors need to be reproduced accurately when converted into a vector file. Photos with multiple colors on the other hand might not require as many details because they render faster using smaller amounts of details about color.
