Solo hunter tamper shooting with a Tikka T3 30.06. I use mainly MSR and Macpac gear, Mendel boots and some Stony-Creek hunting clothing. Most of my trips are just weekend trips as work allows but I like to head out at least twice a month. I do multiple 5day+ trips a year as time permits. Most of my trips are done solo, no pressure and no hassles when climbing and walking on your own, plus all animal spotted are mine if I chose, no paper- scissors-rock over 16 point stags. I am a student at Canterbury Uni studding biology and geography with the aim of working as a biodiversity ranger with DoC. I am currently working as a park ranger over the summer for CCC.
