Originally from the uk, gained citizenship in nz but living currently in Sydney, Aus. I try to visit nz each year to get my tramping and wilderness fix. From late jan 09 I plan to indulge in 6-8 weeks worth of noodle eating and sandfly swating. On the cards are the tongariro, Stewart island, hump ridge, cascade dart combo and the epic dusky. Maybe the hollyford if my boots hold up. That's quite a Christmas list but if you don't ask, you don't get :)
