I'm a mature tramper, whom has decided to work through the country north to south and am enjoying Greg Chappel's trail, Te Araroa. I have recently realised I am a bit of a peak-bagger, but on a small scale! I have always enjoyed our native flora and fauna and live on the edge of the bush. I'm actively involved in conservation issues and forest restoration.
