Hi. I'm Dale. 63 years young. Tramping is a passion I have followed for around 30 years. Recent tramps include a January (2009)tramp from Putara Roadend, along the main Tararua Ridge to Bridge Peak and out to Otaki Forks (5 days), a day walk to Mount Hector in late March and a climb of Mt Taranaki on 23 April. Skiing takes over during the winter months, until around September when the Tararua Ranges (usually) beckon. Tramping partners usually include Tom, Laurie or Jane.
