foot problems

it was to do with the sugar/yeast free diet. Of course soaking feet in spirits would kill many lurgys but meths would be far cheaper and proper foot creams far more recomended

Meths works wonders for blisters. Let the fluid out, put some meths on em and the skin hardens up and life is a bit better. Can Sting something awful though Thats just my experience. Worked for me when I used to row to toughen up blisters and stop them being as much of an issue.

Never had hemorrhoids, but I did develop a peri-anal haematoma once.......
