  • Danilo Hegg certainly has one of the best collections shared on line. http://www.southernalpsphotography.com/Tramping/ and its always good to see your own or my own photos in perspective - but of course remember the 'nearly' shots you don't see and the years of serious practice that are put in. What are everyone's favourite (nz/tramping/outdoor) photo collections on line?
  • Danilo has to be one of the best. Rob Suisted also has some really good stuff. http://www.robsuistedphotography.co.nz/Photography_of_Rob_Suisted.html
  • danilo is carrying a heavy and very high quality camera and hte results are just stunning..
  • @Hugh vN Well now you come to mention it Hugh I enjoyed your collection on Flickr the other night!
  • I am a fan of my collection :P https://www.flickr.com/photos/12741367@N05/ (Shameless self promotion)
  • There are some impressive photo galleries online to be appreciated and admired. Too numerous to mention. I'm very fond of sets that illustrate a journey in chronological order because it draws you into the story and is a great resource in general. Flickr, SmugMug and GooglePlus (aka Picasa) are three photo repositories rich in NZ outdoor imagery. Plenty of photo blogs too. We are rather spoilt for choice I reckon :-)
  • suggest some of your favourite sites - I want to make a list.
  • http://ninadickerhof.smugmug.com/ A quality mix of climbing & tramping photos Quite a few photos of Simon Bell too, which is a nice memorial of happier times for those who knew him
  • I've enjoyed for a few years Danilo's, Nina's and yours, Hugh!
  • @militaris. Olympus cameras and lenses are hard to beat.
