tramping partner for kaimai ranges

keen for a three - five day hike in the kaimai's following the north to south route? Start at the Karangahake gorge through to Takaurunga end.

got some waders to wear?

hah! no...is this for stream crossings? or is it really muddy? have you been across the whole track...what is it like?

i havent done it, but it has a reputation for being muddy

would you be keen to tackle it around Labour weekend?

well with spring weather, i expect the bogs and mud will be in fine form. so , no thanks
