    Hullo all! Long time no post from me, but back in NZ and looking for a trip :) Anyone know aannyytthhiinngg about tackling Moehau? Access/routes - anyone done it? Thanks :) Clive

    l find some info here. http://www.doc.govt.nz/conservation/native-animals/birds/birds-a-z/north-island-robin-toutouwai/docs-work/toutouwai-robins-return/moehau-the-mountain/ The summit is waahi tapu. I was in there looking for frogs a long time ago. It was pretty rugged when off the beaten track.
