Cattle Ridge Hut Tararuas

    I see its being renovated at the moment which is good.I was hoping to go there at Wellington Anniversary,does anyone have any idea when this is going to be completed.I suppose I should contact DOC but somebody out there might know.

    Contacted DOC and apparently it is still open and I see they've removed the Hut closed from their website.

    We popped in a few weeks ago. It wasn't locked or anything but there was a bunch of building materials stored inside and around the hut.
