Gunsight Pass

    Has anyone done this trip lately? If so did you go up the Temple North branch first and down the Temple South branch? Reports I've read suggest the North side has a tricky gut? Any thoughts?

    Doesn't really matter which direction you go - either way you have to negotiate that gut. I've heard it looks worse than it is, and isn't too difficult at all if you're comfortable in that sort of terrain, and probably easier going up the gut rather than down.
