Walk the normal Okareka Walkway (a lovely easy walk with a lot of boardwalks), then head to the farm gate and walk the length of the fenced off part, head up the paddock, climb the fence and head into the bush, it gets pretty steep and it was pretty slippery today, there had been rain. The track is marked, sometimes the marking is a bit scant. Lovely views from the top over Tarawera. We had a car parked at the Miller St end and the Walkway end.
