The new Anne River Hut on the St James Walkway nearing completion on March 17th 2011. The hut replaces the old hut which burnt down in 2010. The new hut is about 10 to 15 minutes further down river from the old site and sits on a plateau high above the junction of the Anne and Henry rivers. There are great views and sun at the new site but it is quite exposed to the wind.
