Top Olderog biv

This biv was built by the NZFS in 1971. It is located on the TR in the headwaters of the main branch of Olderog Creek. It is well above Olderog Creek & just over 100 vertical metres below the ridge line seperating the Olderog & Big Wainihinihi catchments.

This is another seldom walked to biv. It can be reached in a day from the road end in clear weather summer conditions.
