Island Gully Hut
Molesworth Recreation Reserve
DOC Hut sited approx 200m off the Hanmer Springs-St. Arnaud Rd, which is a toll/gravel road. Features four bunks and wood burning fire situated just north of the highest publicly accessible road pass in New Zealand: Island Saddle at 1,347m, and close to the Wairau River headwaters. Well worth a visit.
