Walk up the Waima River from just past the Kilgram turnoff then up Isolation Creek past the Sawcut Gorge. 4km (2-3 hrs) from the road end (Ure Rd, off SH1 between Seddon and Kaikoura). There is no longer access through Blue Mountain. |
