A 2 bunk old forestry service hut up evangeline stream behind lake sumner. Small but well equipped is comfortable and has fireplace and small bench + stream runs right beside hut.

 Access is around Lake Sumner pack track and then bush-bash and follow streambed up Evangeline stream. Time:7-9hrs. Is on side of Mt Longfellow, the biv is found right on the edge of bushline.
